So here we go!
Here's the finished look. It's a neon hot pink eye with pink lips. Perfect for summer for a party look!
First apply a Nyx Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Hot Pink to your entire lid area. Make sure to blend it in.
Next apply a baby pink eyeshadow over the hot pink pencil to keep it from creasing.
Apply a true white eyeshadow to your browbone and in your inner tearduct area.
Take a grey eyeshadow and apply it to your lashline to create the affect of eyeliner.
